I was wondering if anyone can help me out with a situation.
I’m planing to do a quick flip and I need some info on where I can turned to in looking for cash or conventional home buyers.
-Just agreed (after doing some inspections of the home) with the seller of a home to purchase his property for $90K. (org. was $110K)
-Planning to do a quick flip.
-home has been on the market for over a year. (seller is 80+ and he’s having a tough time tring to sell.
-Home is very well maintained. built in 1924, two family flat, good condition.
NEED HELP ON WHERE I CAN FIND SOME BUYERS!!!
