Interesting DJ. What do you typically offer the partner to make it attractive for them? How do you define the “right person”?

Anyone have any tip or ideas on how to purchase property and get end financing?
I have been trying to find a lender that will do Rate and Term refi’s with stated income but have been unsuccessful.
I purchase property for cash…and need a lender that will do some long term financing for someone with Cash reserves and good credit.
I thought about getting a partner with documentable income and good credit…
appreciate any constructive input…

The “P” word. I partner alot. Everything in writing. No problems… I refied most of them off now.
I don’t mind. But that’s my style. It gotta be the right person(s).
