Hello,

When researching properties that are going on the auction block (bank repos for example), where in the deed/mortgage can you find out details of the property like how many bedrooms/baths it has?

There is a bank repo going on the auction block in New York that I looked at the deed, it describes everything but the apartment size or even room amount.

Where would this type of information be located?

That info is not in the deed. It can be deed. It can be found in the appraisal portion of you local county database.
