The Houston real estate market is doing just fine. Sales volume is up slightly for the latest months with available statistical data. Average and median prices are also up slightly. Days on the market have remained fairly constant. There are plenty of flipping and cash flow opportunities here.

Why specifically are you interested in the Houston market?

how’s the market doing? are there flipping or cash flow opportunities…it’s tough following that market as i’m up east now, but i was curious if people out there follow the houston market…
