Hello there, I just stumbled onto this board a few minutes ago. Seems like the Houston investors are pretty knowledgeable. A little about me. I’ve been working for a group of Dallas investors for a while now, buying homes in the DFW area but… I’m in Houston now. I’m trying to buy 10-15 homes a month (actually getting screamed at to), and getting close (this is month one) but looking for ideas. I really dont mess with foreclosures or auctions, but buy a lot of flips (it saves me the legwork). I’m sure I use a lot of the same sources you guys do.
