David,

I can see you read the John Burns article also.

Here in SW Florida we still have a very strong market…I cant see many changes ahead. Things have slowed down just a bit in March, but not much. I think this is our “burp” in the market so many have said would happen.
Other than that I DO NOT see another 1989 drop in values. I think Burns can see that also. Its great news for the Real Estate business.
