Hello Creonline.
I’m having a database created (MSAccess) that allows for prescreening tenants and their information and also
house information as far as Sub2s etc. I’m interested to see what people use or are using at the moment.
I do lease options, so all the credit info, money down etc will be there - it won’t calculate the profit made on
every property though, that’s better handled through other programs. This is mainly for a tenant review/list. Reports
will be custumizable - whatever info you want printed will be.
The reasons I’m posting this:
- See what others use/are using.
- To share once completed - only with vets or if I recognize you as a contributing member of this board.
I can get in more detail if needed too.
