Andy

Quit using the caps key, it’s rude! Now to you question, Your grandmother can sell her interest to anyone as long as she is legally competent, she doesn’t need anyone’s permission.

You say your father and his brother purchased the house, why isn’t his name on the deed instead of your grandmother’s?

I purchase my home 3yrs. ago I was suppose to have gotten a roofing certification however I did not with my paperwork when I closed on my home. I have had 3 contrators come out to give me estimates on my home however all 3 of the contractors ask me how long have I been in my home and I told them 3yrs. They told me there should be a some kind of paperwork stating how long the roof had been on the home and that a roof is suppose to last at least 15 yrs. when I research my paperwork I then notice I never received the roofing certification which me and the saler signed off on. I would like to know if the saler is reiable for this repair for nondisclosures of my property because each contractor has told me that this was an ongoing repair and it was not patch correctly like it should have been so therefore it has worsten over the years before my purchase.
