Four months from now there will be a new Home Depot built within a quarter mile of my residential property. Currently the surrounding business are much smaller in scale. I?ve attended a council meeting that seemed to be charged with more emotions than facts. How can I expect this new big box to affect my property value? Where do I look to educate myself on the realties of this new construction in my neighborhood?
