Hello Gerald, If you found a property with 5 or more units, like an apartment complex, that is considered a commercial property. Now, apartments have good cashflow, but, you must do your research and due diligence to be sure that you find the right deal for you. Otherwise, other commercial properties are office buildings, hotels, etc. Any of those type of properties might be beneficial to you. Then, I would be able to help you with HML funding.
