While I’ve got a lender or two here (WA State) who’ll do lower LTV loans with NO regard to credit, one of my borrowers needs such a loan in GA including Atlanta metro area.
Anybody know of such a lender there?

I am looking for one in CA - does your lender in WA also do California.
Also, did you find any lenders for the Home Equity in Atlanta? That is where I am located.
