Hi:

I am an investor and mortgage broker and just wanted to let my fellow investors into something new that I found. I downloaded ICQ (www.icq.com) and found a few investors all across the country.

There are a lot of resources available there that can help real estate investors also.

I firmly believe that high tech can make you more efficient. I focus on mobile homes and paper and there are a lot of prospects here in Fort Lauderdale, FLA.

Just a little tip for fellow investors.

I agree… ICQ is almost like an internet belly button, everyone has one.
I am a retiring landlord, gone to rehab and flipping in the Kansas City area. My ICQ is 14777971.
Kinda slow here. if anyone is over flowing, I partner/finder fee. Give me a shout
