I am located in Rock Hill SC.We have quite a few of high end deals that are just not moving even with loads of equity in each of them.They are priced from $1.5m all the way up to $10.5M
Most even doing equity disbursement.So I am not saying no but I would sure do some homework on that area that you are looking into.I am located in a great market (Charlotte North Carolina)I got several developers dumping at 70 cents on the dollar most of my clients are looking at 50 cents on the Dollar.
