Amazing how creative people can be with a Mobile Home.
I am a believer that there are many other ways to profit with Mobile Homes that have yet to be uncovered…

Hello,
Please take a seat…
I’ve developed what has got to be one of the most innovative ways to profit in the Mobile Home Business EVER!!!
Here are the details.
What do you call a mobile home on land? Bear with me…
You call it a house, home etc. etc… How much does a new - real nice single wide mobile home sell for? We’ll say $50,000. Ok…
Now, I give you the modern day houseboat…
What is a houseboat? Why, it’s just a Mobile Home with pontoon’s welded on the side and an outboard - right?
So, how much do you think one of these “Houseboats ie. floating Mobile Homes” sells for?
$50,0000? no…
$75,000? no…
$150,000 NO!!!
HOW ABOUT $309,000 + tax and delivery!!!

YOU DO THE MATH!!!
$309,000 “New” Houseboat http://www.sumerset.com/new/3054/
$252,000 PROFIT!
God Bless America and Mobile Homes!!!

Where do we find motivated sellers of $927,000.00 3 story, “Houseboats” so we can do Marine Lonnie deals?
Do people in this income bracket usually end up in financial trouble and need a quick sale?
Would we need to get them down to say…200k to make a profit?
Could you write a real easy to read book about the resale of these “Wobbly Yachts”!

… could put a two story mobile home on it and make $508,000 profit? Say, Handyman, If you really are so handy, how about a three story unit?
Why not go partners with me. I can contribute my 3hp Honda outboard and a nice new wheelbarrow for you to carry all of our profits to the bank.
Regards, doc
