Hi Ed,
I was in your Atlanta seminar last year and have finally come to the point where we need to do a 1031, and we need a little advice. For the bldgs. we are looking at, at around one mil, the banks finance 30% down, which we can’t quite swing. There aren’t a lot of choices here in our small town of Durango, CO (we moved). Are there any other options out there for financing? Like some lenders you might refer us to, or yourself? This area is new to us and we’re just trying to learn our options.
