FSBO wants out making mrtg pymnts since 1-2000, living with fiance’. Needs $7000 to clean up credit debt to buy new home. Motivated, open to keeping the mrtg in his name, house is clean could rent for more than payment. How do I get him his “needed” $7000 and take over this property?

Have the seller take out a second for the $7,000 if you can cover that payment too when you…do whatever you are going to do with it, don’t think you mention that.

You could put an open option on the property and advertise for the 7k dn
another question is… we are looking at 4 reo’s in your area that came across our desk maybe you would help me determine the “is it worth pursuing” address and price are as follows:
2981 country manor L = 31K
3750 shirebrook dr 1 = 33K
2941 country manor 2 = 32K
2028-D Bovington Dr = 73K
The first three I have a sneaking suspicion they are MH’s, but off the top of your head what do you know about the areas. We plan on flying in sometime this month
