Garrison:

I like your site. Its good to have an unsiphisticated site IMO, 'cuz you dont come across as a “slick” seller.

What type of neighborhoods are your properties in? High crime neighborhoods? working-class?

also, what is the market llike in baltimore? a bubble?? or steady??

Take Care!

it is a great first effort. Of course you know there is alot to make it better. Looks almost like you did it with Notepad and pure html. What did you use?

Here’s some suggestions:

  1. Loose the counter…yesterday! Only you need to know this number and you should be able to get it from your host.

  2. Links should NEVER be underlined. That’s what color is for.

  3. Put your telephone number on EVERY page. A website is nothing more than a life-like mailorder catalog. Take a lesson from them. Look at just about any consumer based catalog and you’ll see what I mean.
People like to PRINT out web pages.

Garrison,

I haven’t seen any improvement since the last time you asked for feedback… What’s the point?
