My name is Wade of Fort Lauderdale. I am a mortgage broker.
A few months ago, I got into the note business and did the conventional mistakes of courthouse research and mailing lists and lost money! Can anyone recommend a good course to IMMEDIATELY find notes to broker or better yet infomation that i can use today! I work with a company that will put up the money within a few days…just need to find the notes!
Also, I have ordered J Keisers course on Lease Options - the Ultimate Lease Strategy. Is this a good course to get started - couldnt afford Bronchick’s…will buy in January.
I need to do a deals now. Any recommendations. Also, I am looking for a really good Straight Options contract - any recommendations or suggestions.
Will appreciate your help.
