Help with double closing!! - Posted by Nick
Posted by Nick on February 25, 2004 at 21:56:01:
Any with some advice for me would be great
Everyone I talk to tells me it’s to hard to double close and they don’t know how it works. I can’t find any info anywhere on how to do it and what is involved with it.
1: Do I pay for 2 closing costs?
2: If the property is an REO does the bank pick how the closing takes place? And if they do then will they let me double close?
3: Do I just give the original contract and the new contract with my buyer to the title company and let them do the work?
Someone please help me. I’m making my first offers ever tomorrow and if any get accepted I will not no what to do. Please help.
Nick
