I have seen some interest on this site from REI’s looking for info on MLS listing of investment properties.
I know of a company that will list any property in any community for you for a flat fee of $379.00! This is a fee for adding your property to the list only, and is due at time of listing.
It is up to you to show, negotiate, and close your house.
Without having to pay a percentage to an agent, this type of service has helped me out a great deal. Write if you want to know more about them.
