Why would they be biased? They are doing their jobs, taking your money, doing a complete title search on the property, and providing insurance that the title is clear.
In my experience, in some cases it might be advantageous to use the seller’s title company. They may be able to get you a “reissue” policy, and it might actually cost you a couple hundred less.
