I am fixing to submit some real lowbal offers to flush out the motivated, but I need a preapproval letter from any HML. Can anyone help me get one of these. It can say this "Bill Guerra is preapproved for 95% (or whatever %) of the after repaired value of home, pending appraisal.
I may never need a HML for awhile but need the letter to go after these REO’s.
