What are the forms and paperwork called that is involved with:

  1. Fliping Properties

  2. Lease Options (assuming payments and Leasing with the option to buy)

Also, where is an online source where I can view samples or attain these documents. I live in Virginia (if it’s any consolation). Thanks in advance.

You might try looking into buying a course. Forms are hard to get for free. You can get much knowledge by these boards, but to get the actual forms you very likely will need to buy them. Its definitely worth the investment.

You get unlimited mentoring & a 24 page manual that contains all the needed forms and instructions.

I bought this course $150 just to see if there was anything different from the course that I bought 2 yrs ago for $7,000. Surprisingly, there was not much difference.

I recommend that you buy Thomas Lucier’s excellent book, How To Make Money Buying Pre-Foreclosure Properties Before They Hit The County Courthouse Steps, that’s available at amazon.com for $29.95. It’s very thorough and easy to understand. And it includes a chapter on short sales too!
