How do you get out of investment fraud? I believe I am a victim. What kind of lawyer should I look for because I believe the closing attorney, investor and brokerage company were in on it.

Yes, definitely get a good attorney to consult with and if these are licensed real estate people ouch!! I would think you do have recourse although no legal advise is given here.
