10k is way more than you will want to spend and most parks require that only the owner live in the MH and will not let you rent it out.

If that gets you excited about this business you can then go to the section of this site that sells books and buy Lonnie’s two books, “Deals on Wheels” and “Making Money With Mobile Homes”.

These two $30 books will teach you what you need to know.

Thinking of buying my first MH in Tx area.
Selling for 10K, 1986 SW 2bedroom
Seller willing to negotiate.
The park it set’s in rents for $325 a month.
I’d like to buy then rent it out.
What are your thoughts?
