I have found, and am continually finding, properties for wholesaling and assignments in St. Louis, MO. My propblem is finding investors in St. Louis that are ready to move. I keep running into “kind of” investors. Not running into any actual movers. I would love to get some properties moving but I need help. If anyone is interested or knows investors that might be interested please let me know. Also I am looking to learn as much as possible. I am starting out fresh, but currently have no free funds to attend the conferences worth paying for. If anyone has any interest in teaching/mentoring/advising, please let me know. Of course I have read each of the articles on this site and articles on other CRE forums/sites. But I definately need help moving my first property. I’m sure courage will come with experience, but I need help getting this first property moved. If anyone is in the least feeling soft hearted let me know any advice you may have.
