You will also need the cash to pay the remaining balance within a short period of time. My suggestion is to go to the auction for the experience w/o cash.
After this step back and begin to build your team, strategy and business plan.
This business is exciting, but w/o a plan you will fail

I am interested in buying a house at an auction. The problem is, I’m not sure how to go about the financing. You need 10% down, which I don’t have. Where do you get loans for this. The house has a reserve price of between 65,000 and 85,000. The houses in the neighborhood sell for 100,000. I think this would be a good investment, however, I need some help on how to make it happen.
