I am a beginning real estate investor. Right now, I am still in the research stages of investing (I have not bought any properties yet). Recently, I read a couple articles on CRE online by Jackie Lange. In the articles she talks about quick flipping properties. she says that you can “contract to purchase a property then sell your right to purchase the property to a third person.” This sounds like a good way to make some money while I am learning all about real estate investing!!! I am very interested in learning more about quick flipping properties in this manner. If anyone could give me the names of and authors of some good books or courses on this subject it would be much appreciated!!!
