Hi Phil,
What Phil said is right on the money, as usual, I have Kaiser’s course that has the software and really like it. I don’t know of Thurstons. But Kaisers is on L/O’s that’s what this course is all about. If you want another good course on L/O’s get Bronchicks. Selling, flipping, that’s Ron LeGrande.
Lots of great information.

I am getting ready to order one or the other. Can someone give me some feed back on who’s course can generate the most cash or at least how much I can realistically make with each course and about how long it will take. I have about 10 to 15 hours per week to put into this. More if things really start moving. I know it’s up to me and how hard I work at it, I’m just looking for some numbers. I don’t know if Kaiser’s L.O. course or the multi-unit course from Thurston would be better to use. My wife managed apartments for years so the management wouldn’t be a problem. I have all the T.V. guru’s courses and have read everything I can get my hands on about creative R.E. so creativity is not new to me. I just want some real use feed back before I make my decision.

The courses are on two different subjects, so you’re comparing apples to oranges. I happen to have both, and if you can only choose one and they both appeal equally to you, I would choose the one by the guy that posts regurlarly to CREO. 8)

Situation ally,(is that a word?) environmentally appropriate advice. Sometimes a judgment call is needed in the marital arts as to which tactic you should use. If you have a brown belt in judo but the situation requires aikido then … you use the judo side of aikido. If you are in the wide open spaces then you use karate… except if you don’t know how to kick. My point is you don’t start a fight you can’t win. Whatever system you use and the results you get will depend on the environment.
