I’m looking for someone to grab me by the ears and walk me through sub 2 deals (docs needed, forms, etc.). I have no problem compensating you for your time.

Or provide me a referral to a title company / lawyer who could help prepare everything for me.

Also are there any Private Investors, referrals?

Have you gone to the Cinci REIA. It is one of the largest groups in the country and there are many active investors sitting in the audience.
