Dear Ed,
I’m a new real estate investor still working on closing my first property. I’m so nervous about the whole deal that I can’t stop researching different real estate investing materials. I also have a guaranteed VA loan for $36,000 which I’ll like to use on another property I found but have no clue how to. Can you please advice on what to do about this deal? Also advice on how to find good lenders.
