put pontoons under it and call it a house boat? You could double the rent and advertise water access. That would be prime real estate here is southwest Louisiana.

One of the gurus out there says, “There are NO bad properties.”
I looked at a property that appears to be sinking. The water table is generally quite high in our area- but this is pretty bad. It’s in an area that’s pretty swampy… in fact the lot next door has standing water next door. The tenants keep hauling in wood chips to make the driveway navigable.
The house is brick on a crawlspace, and I was wondering if there are any techniques to help support a structure in an environment such as this.
