Hello.
I have been lurking around this site for about 3 years now, & I am very interested in subject to’s & wholesaling. I was wondering if anyone in town might be interested in getting together to discuss the Houston market & how you guys are doing in the business. I did have a nice chat with Terry (Houston) over lunch a while back, and just wanted to get to know other Houston investors who are hitting the pavement everyday, as I aspire to do one day soon. Any takers?
