Ok, I know someone here can solve this issue…
I have a 900 sq. ft commercial building as one of my
rentals.I currently have a 2 ton heat pump ducted into the
building to heat and cool.It has a 10KV heat strip in the
unit for below 45 degree heat.
PROBLEM IS…
When the strips kick on to heat the building in cold weather
the bill can go upwards of $600.The air works fine, and the
heat pump heat is ok, But the strip heat just doesnt do what
it needs to do in the cold of winter.I am looking at adding
a reznor hanging heat unit in the building or SOMETHING to
warm it without such an expensive heat bill.It is a rental,
so I need to find a way to bring down the heat bill.ANY
SUGGESTIONS?
