… I need mailing addresses and owner names. I tried online (assessor, tax records, recorder’s office) I can find some info, but not names and mailing address of owner.

I tried to search here, but the simple answer is evading me.

A few possibilities:
a) www.CourthouseDirect.com (suggested by Terry from Houston, I believe)
b) your Title company
c) Win2Data software from First American Real Estate Solutions
d) software from DataQuick
