AI in real estate is moving fast but most of the useful applications right now fall into a few categories:
- Deal analysis and underwriting
- Document processing
- Market research
- Operations and portfolio management
What specific part of RE investing are you looking to apply AI to? That would help narrow down the recommendations.
I’ve mostly used AI for market research, analyzing deals and drafting emails or property listings. It saves a lot of time on repetitive tasks, but I still double-check everything before making investment decisions.
