AI is definitely becoming more useful in real estate, especially for market research, property descriptions, lead qualification, and automating repetitive tasks. It’s not replacing agents, but it can save a lot of time and help improve efficiency when used correctly.

I’ve mostly used AI for market research, analyzing deals and drafting emails or property listings. It saves a lot of time on repetitive tasks, but I still double-check everything before making investment decisions.
