Just so you know, Bronchick said you have no case against me if you decide to sue on the grounds that you choked on your coffee. With that said, I just had a guy who actually bought the course and he said it was a waste of money.

I received an unsolicited email from this guy a couple of days ago hawking his real estate course. He said he has owned Douglas Realty in Cape Coral, Florida for 17 years and his company made $38 million last year. He claimed in his advertisement that he teaches you how to go about getting real estate agents to get deals for you. He charges $37 for his course. Has anyone heard of him? What’s your take on this?

Never heard of the guy…but the whole idea of paying to learn how to get real estate agents to get deals for you struck me as hilarious. I almost choked on my coffee! I suppose it goes without saying that to find the “real deals” is going to take more than just getting a good agent.
