JDC,
Before you do anything concerning Radon Gas, check with the local rules, regulations, ordinances, or laws concerning this. In some local areas here, you must comply with certain things, and use special equipment.
As far just trying to seal a basement wall, goto Home Depot, Menards or lowes and see what they carry and ask about it.
Hydro seal has worked for me on some smaller jobs.
