I was just wondering if anyone has done a regulation D 504. I am trying to figure out how much it would cost total to do that kind of offering. I read on the sec.gov website that average cost of a form u-7 filing is 30K. I am not sure where they get that number because when I did some research it looked like I could do it for no more than 3,000 dollars total. And 3k is a far cry from 30k, so I was just wondering where all those expenses come in.

Did you ever find any one that did for $3k or so. If so I’d be interested in knowning who the were. Also, I’m looking for a couple of high tech offerings.
I have been trying for some time to find an investment partner to develop commercial real estate. I have recently been reading a lot about SEC Regulation D that allows you to raise cash from various individuals. You may want to check out the following web sites.
If my memory is correct, regdresourses would file for $850. In all my research I could not find the firm or individual that would sell the stock after the forms were filed.
