Bill,

Oops. Sorry for that last post, it was meant for Tim Fierro.

Are you referring to the paper entitled “Mixed-Income Housing Developments: Promise and Reality” by Alastair Smith?

Thanks for the link.

Maybe I’m just confused, but Bill’s original link took me to the web site for Harvard University’s Joint Center for Housing Studies (JCHS). At that web site I could find nothing that spoke about anything called “multi level income housing” which was the title of Bill’s post.

Your link took me to an article on Inman News Features that referenced two papers listed at JCHS, neither of which have anything to do with anything called “multi level income housing.”

I sincerely wish that Bill would provide the COMPLETE link for the study to which he’s referring. I’m very anxious to learn about “multi level income housing.” I’ve never heard that term before and I’d like to learn.

One of the papers does deal with “mixed-income housing developments.” Is this, perhaps, the study to which Bill was referring?

Bill,

Would you be kind enough to provide the rest of the URL. I took a quick glance at the web site and didn’t see the study you mentioned.

Jim, I sent the link as I happened to see ‘wording’ that looked like the same as Bill posted. I also did not pay attention, or notice, that his link went to the Harvard site and Inman.

But, it looks like Bill posted a new link for you. Whether or not they are useful to you, maybe…?

Correct link. - Posted by Bill
