Just wondering how many people are doing rehab flips in the South Jersey region and what companies or people are they still using? I know of at least 2 that have currently stoppped lending. Deals are plentiful but where’s the lending? Thanks in advance.

It totally depends on the borrower and is approved on a deal by deal basis only now.
You have to have decent credit, and a little money. And of course you have to be buying well enough under market value for the deal to work.

money is now easier to get and a large number of lenders willing to lend are in the northeast – My bank is one of them – send me a line on what you looking to do and I would be glady to put you in the right direction
