I have two props that I am looking for hard money – I need a max of 65% ltv of arv for the purchase. One may be in the area of 55% arv ltv – ARV is approx 85-90k, needs 8-10k repairs, I need 50k or so for purchase (I cover rehab). Anyone recommend hard money that would work in this scenario?? that does bus. in NH?>?
