Hey Mr. Garcia, my name is Brent Horsman, I am 24 years old and am totally ready to tackle the investment market. I live in Northern California (East Bay Area) so the market close to the water here is through the roof from my perspective. How do you identify the difference between “hard money” financing and private investor financing. Or are they one in the same. I hear both terms used quite frequently. Private investors are advertised in papers all the time. I guess my main concern is having the financing I need when the right deal show it’s head. Being that I am a novice investor, most lenders have all the red tape and are concerned with your “track record” investments which I have none. I am in contact with realtors and do my general digging around to find deals in my area. So I’m doing the homework, just need to find low doc financing?
Can you point me in the general direction?? Any help would be appreciated.!!!
