Does anyone have access to a hard money lender in NC that can move quickly? I have 6 lots in a subdivision that were appraised at $21K each last week for a total of $126K. I owe $30K total on these lots and am looking for a lender willing to loan on these properties. The whole story is that I have a builder about to build houses on the lots for me, which means he will buy them from me build the homes then sell it all back. I need to get my hands on around $50K but can’t wait until my builder closes his loan to get my cash which will be at least 3 weeks from now. Is this possible? If so with whom?
