I have a cleint who owns a Giambattista Tiepolo, value: $24 MM, has been authenticated by the worlds leading authority Dr. George Knox. My cleint wants to borrow $9 to $11 MM for one year. The painting is located here in the states. Any ideas where to take a project like this for funding? The painting needs restoration around the edges with estimate cost of $1,000,000.00 to get it in museun condition.

Does your client have any of the following ?, Stocks, Bonds, U.S. Treasuries, OTC:BB or Pink Sheets with a minimum value of $100 K, if so i have a program that will allow you to borrow up to 80% of face value with no credit or income checks.
This is a great program for anyone, funds can be used for anything, business or personal with no recourse if you default on your stock loan. This is a great way to get those much needed funds for your real estate deals.
Loan terms are for 3 years with interest only payments, (principle is optional) interest rates are between 2.5% and 4.5% with quarterly payments, and no fees to you !.
