I am desperately searching for any Hard Money lenders in Washington D.C. or any Hard Money lenders that will lend rehab money in Washington D.C. I have “gold mine” deal that I’m not trying to lose.

I dont know if this program will help you, but I have a connection with a hard money lender that will lend $50,000 unsecured business loan. There is no income documentation required and no collateral. You must have a min credit score of 680 on all 3 bureaus. The max term on these loans is 5 years with rates starting at 12%. The money can be used for a home based business and I would think that a real estate investor qualifies as a home based business. Email me if interested.
