As some of you know my brother in NJ is trying to get invoved in real estate investing. He has just come across an incredible deal that he needs to find financing for in NJ. I would be all over this deal in MD, here are the details.
3BR 1BA split level on half acre 32 years old
After repair value- $120k
Asking price $52k
Needs about $25k worth of work
We figure that he can get the home down in the $40’s. He is offering $35k. Worst case scenario he will flip the home to another investor but he would like to be able to buy this home if he had to. He has good credit and makes god money. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The deal must be completed by you so time is not wasted If you do not have funds for the transaction consider a partner in the whole deal. Then it is a win win. ken
