Are there are lenders or private investors who loan for note purchases? Or
partners for note purchases? I’m working a deal where the best solution seems
to be a note purchase (as opposed to a short sale). FMV of property 600K.
Purchase price of the note after discount will be in the low 400K range.

Any ideas? Kristine
