So today was the cumination of 4 1/2 long years of school. I just took the last test of my college career!!! I officially have a BA in Philosophy now!!! I needed to share that with all of you here. This message board, along with one or two other ones, are my peer groups of RE investors and I wanted to share with you all my happiness today!!! Yippee!!!

I feel really good about what I’m going to be doing wiht my future. It feels like I’ve got all the options in the world! Hey Ron, I dont know that I could teach anyone anything, I’m just managing myself here!!!

Contratulations. You have proven that you have what it takes to become a successful real estate investor. You have stuck it out to the end of the courses. You have probably had to put up with some dull teaching, some inane reading assignments. And you triumpted.
Now, I suppose you are going to make your contribution by helping us understand the philosophy of real estate investing. I am waiting with anticipation. I hope to learn a lot from you.
