I agree. If you want a real hands on type course on Flipping that is reasonably priced go with Steve Cook’s course, it is very good.
Another good book on Flipping is William Bronchick’s book that just came out last week. While not as “hands on” as Steve Cook’s course it explaines the mechanics of Flipping very well and only costs around $20 from Amazon.com.

I have both of these and would recomend both of them if you are interested in Flipping

LeGrand’s stuff is good but kind of expensive.

I’m contemplating ordering LeGrand’s flip course, but wonder if there are any hands on seminar courses available by any of the wholesale/retail flipping gurus. Would appreciate any news regarding seminars within the next year.

Thanks, Scott (San Antonio)

Steve Cook’s course is written from such a real world
viewpoint. It feels very hands on by following the material. Steve also offers email support for any questions. This may be more helpful than a seminar because this offers ongoing support.

Hope this helps, Mike
